Cancellations & Refund Policy

 - Refunds and exchanges are not accepted at Heya Tria's Store. 

- Cancellation of any order should be done within 24 hrs from order placement. Any orders cancelled beyond 24 hrs will result in enduring the delivery fees. 

 

To cancel a order please follow the stated steps: 

1- Send a DM to our Instagram/Facebook page with the order number 

and cancellation request 

2- Send an email with the order number and cancellation request 

3- Send a WhatsApp with your cancellation request and order number. 

4 - Make sure that we reply with a cancellation confirmation on any of the following platforms.
