Cancellations & Refund Policy

 - Refunds and exchanges are not accepted at Heya Tria's Store due to the nature of our products.

- Cancellation of any order should be done within 24 hrs from order placement. Any orders cancelled beyond 24 hrs will result in enduring the delivery fees. 

 

To cancel an order please follow these steps: 

1- Send a DM to our Instagram/Facebook page with the order number 

and cancellation request 

2- Send an email with the order number and cancellation request 

3- Make sure that we reply with a cancellation confirmation on any of the following platforms.
